Design, construction, installation works of a new sport complex with a total area is about 3150 m2, located in Joniskis city, Statybininku str. 7, as well as management, maintenance, rental, provision of non-formal education services, organization of events and commercial activities related to sports and health. The sport complex will consist of:
• swimming pool (25 m, min. 3 lanes) and 3-4 saunas,
• internal sports infrastructure (active exercise - gymnastics, gym), where weightlifting sports training and amateur gymnastics sports are carried out for everyone,
• 500-seat hall for basketball, football, handball, martial arts and athletics,
• cafe with event space,
• administrative quarters.

Current situation
On 24 November 2026, a public-private partnership (PPP) agreement was signed with UAB “Partnerystės projektai penki”, the winner of the private partner selection procedure, and with the company “Joniškio projektas” established by it.

On 24 May 2022 Central Project Management Agency evaluated socio-economic benefits of the partnership project.
In 2022 the investment project was prepared.
