Description:
The project aims to allow the concessionaire to design and build the infrastructure of extreme sports, as well as to grant the right to maintain, manage, rent the infrastructure of extreme sports, provide non-formal education services, organize events and carry out other commercial activities. The area of the main building will be about 3500 m², it will have spaces mountain, mini and custom bikes for freestyle sports, skateboards, inline skates, scooters, parkour, body acrobatics and acrobatic running.

Current situation
- On 3 August 2022 Vilnius city municipality published procurement documents (announcement).
- On 27 May 2022 Vilnius City Municipality Council approved the decision that the project will be implemented as the Public-Private Partnership.
- On 22 February 2022 Central Project Management Agency evaluated socio-economic benefits of the partnership project.
- On February 2022 the investment project was prepared.
