The project aims to grant the right to a private partner (concessionaire) to reconstruct the holiday home complex „Auska“, (Vytauto St.11, Palanga), which consists of 4558 sq. m. of the main building and other buildings (tennis courts, watchman's house, gazebos), adapting to the provision of wellness services. The private partner will also be responsible for the design and construction of a new building - House for the elderly (40 persons, 1300 sq. m., 1st floor with attic) for the needs of the Palanga City Municipality.
After the creation/reconstruction of the infrastructure, the concessionaire will perform the management and administration of the wellness service center, technical maintenance services, and various commercial activities - wellness services, accommodation (hotel), catering, event organization and other services.

Current situation
- On 23 November 2023 Palanga City Municipality Council approved the decision that the project will be implemented as the Public-Private Partnership.
- On 14 November 2023 Central Project Management Agency evaluated socio-economic benefits of the partnership project
