Description:
The project envisages granting a concession to a private partner for the reconstruction of the existing open-air parking lot located at Ronžės St. 5A, Palanga, into a five-storey multi-storey parking facility with integrated storage premises. The project is expected to create up to 450 parking spaces and approximately 2,000 sq. m of storage area. The concessionaire will be responsible for the design, financing, construction, operation, management, and maintenance of the facility throughout the concession period.
