Description:
The project aims to grant the right to a private entity to create a new sports and wellness complex (design, construction and installation works) on a plot of land at Taikos st. 1A Rudamina, Vilnius district. Private entity will have the right to manage, maintain, rent, provide non-formal education, various sports and wellness services, organize leisure events and other commercial activities related to sports and wellness services.
New sports and wellness complex is expected will be about 2,400 m 2 with a 4-lane 25 m long swimming pool, sauna area, fitness room, and a room for group activities.
