The project aims to grant a private partner the right to develop a new sports and wellness complex in the city of Visaginas, located at 10 Draugystės Street. The private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, fit-out, financing, operation, and maintenance of the facility throughout the contract period.
The project envisages the construction of a two-storey sports arena with a gross floor area of approximately 5,600 m². The facility will include a multipurpose sports hall, spectator seating, fitness and group exercise areas, supporting facilities, community spaces, and all equipment and furnishings required for its operation.
In addition, the private partner will be granted the right to manage, operate, maintain, and commercially utilize the developed infrastructure by providing sports, wellness, non-formal education, and leisure services, organizing sporting, cultural, and community events, and carrying out other commercial activities related to sports and wellness services.
