Description:
The project aims to allow a private entity on a plot of land at Rasų st. 50 B, Vilnius city, to create and install a new 8-lane swimming pool complex (design, construction, installation). Private entity will have the right to manage, maintain, rent, provide non-formal education services, organize events and other commercial activities related to the infrastructure of the sports complex with sports and wellness and services. Also, the private entity will have to demolish the old buildings on the plot.
