Description:
The project aims to grant the right to a private partner (concessionaire) to design, build and install the new infrastructure of the modern art museum (Pamario st. 55, Neringa), as well as to grant the right to maintain, implement and manage it, provide public cultural and leisure services and carry out commercial activities.The building of the Nida museum of modern art will consist of 2 floors, about 1106 m2, it will have expositions, events, concerts, conference halls, exhibit storage, artists' residences and other spaces. Also must be designed, built and equipped an outdoor square with an amphitheater.
