PPP in Lithuania
CPMA (Central Project Management Agency) performs the functions of the PPP Competence Centre and helps to create legal, administrative and institutional conditions in Lithuania, necessary for development of effective partnership. CPMA also organizes trainings in this field for public administration institutions, initiating and implementing the PPP projects. PPP Competence Centre has been established within the scope of the project „Promotion of Public-private partnership“, being implemented together with Ministry of Finance and financed by the EU structural funds.
